Job Description: This hybrid role supports major nuclear delivery programmes, ideally suited to candidates commuting to Bridgwater or considering relocation assistance. You support integrated planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning project phases. You drive schedule integration, forecasting, and reporting aligned with major project delivery milestones and objectives. You provide strategic planning insight supporting safe, efficient, and timely nuclear project execution activities.

  • Develop integrated planning frameworks aligned across Level 1 to Level 5 schedules
  • Maintain fully logic-linked integrated work schedules supporting WIC delivery activities
  • Drive project forecasting, reporting, and schedule performance analysis activities
  • Challenge delivery strategies supporting critical path and milestone achievement objectives
  • Identify planning risks and opportunities using evidence-based analytical approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders supporting integrated project delivery outcomes
  • Support earned value analysis, schedule assurance, and project performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards, governance, and procedures
  • Support continuous planning improvement through lessons learned and operational experience
  • Protect sensitive project and nuclear information following project security requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification within engineering, construction, or related technical discipline
  • Strong experience delivering planning activities within highly regulated project environments
  • Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling and integrated planning methodologies
  • Experience producing fully logic-linked construction and commissioning schedules
  • Strong understanding of EPC project delivery methods within UK infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of earned value management, schedule risk, and project controls
  • Knowledge of Synchro, Acumen Fuse, Power BI, and Teamcenter systems
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities supporting evidence-based project decisions
  • Understanding of NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks within major projects
