Job Description
The Job Mission
This hybrid role is suited to candidates able to commute to project locations or relocate nearby, with support available. You will provide cost management, forecasting and performance reporting support within the Quality PMO. Working closely with your future team, you will help ensure quality programmes are financially controlled and effectively governed.
- Develop and maintain cost tracking systems for quality programme management activities.
- Monitor expenditure against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and emerging risks.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts supporting project financial planning cycles.
- Analyse cost impacts related to audits, corrective actions and regulatory commitments.
- Generate performance dashboards and management reports for senior stakeholder review.
- Develop KPIs and metrics supporting Quality PMO performance monitoring and governance.
- Identify cost risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality, finance, project controls and supply chain teams across the programme.
- Ensure compliance with project financial procedures, governance standards and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate, auditable records supporting PMO governance and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in cost analysis, project controls, finance or PMO environments.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, engineering, construction or energy projects.
- Proven ability to produce financial forecasts and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Experience managing budgets, variance analysis and cost performance monitoring processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, governance compliance and auditable financial records.
