We're Recruiting for a Dynamic Recruiter! Are you ready to make an impact in the world of internal recruitment? We're on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Blackburn office, the rest working from home.

As a key player in our recruitment function, you'll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, finding suitable candidates and conducting initial telephone screenings.

  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to both client and Assystem processes, legislation, and company policies.
  • ATS Management: Accurately recording vacancy and candidate details within the ATS system.

You’ll be an amazing recruiter with a deep understanding of the complete recruitment cycle, including: Construction/Facilities. Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
