Finding solutions to climate change is the priority of the 21st century, and means switching to low-carbon energy. At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide. To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies. In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
Support the EKFB joint venture on the HS2 project, with a primary focus on Earthworks planning. Utilise Primavera P6 software to develop, update, and maintain project schedules. Assist in creating detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) for earthworks and related activities. Collaborate with senior planners and project managers to ensure accurate resource allocation and timeline projections. Monitor and report on project progress. Participate in regular planning meetings and contribute to the development of project reports. Assist in the coordination of activities between different project teams and subcontractors. Support the integration of earthworks planning with other aspects of the HS2 project, such as structures and rail systems. Help identify and analyse critical path activities and their impact on overall project timelines.
