Job Description
- Act as the primary interface between HVAC design teams and construction/installation teams.
- Develop and review HVAC designs and confirm accuracy of detailed specifications and engineering outputs.
- Perform technical assessments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
- Review and validate contractor documentation, drawings, method statements, and test plans.
- Support the integration of HVAC systems within broader mechanical, electrical, and building services designs.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and multi‑disciplinary reviews.
- Contribute to risk assessments, hazard reviews, and safety evaluations.
- Support commissioning activities, ensuring HVAC systems operate according to design intent.
- Provide engineering input for change management, design updates, and configuration control.
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers, quality teams, and other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC design, building services engineering, or system integration.
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE, ISO, local regulations).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Experience working with contractors, site teams, and multi‑disciplinary engineering groups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a project‑based environment.
- Experience in regulated industries or complex infrastructure projects is advantageous but not essential.
