In this role you will lead planning and scheduling for large-scale nuclear projects, ensuring robust project controls and clear management insight. You will work with cross-functional teams to create realistic plans, monitor performance, and manage baselines and interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Your focus on schedule integrity, risk, and EVM integration helps drive on-time delivery within strict safety and regulatory contexts. This position offers the chance to shape complex projects and mentor junior planners in a safety-conscious, collaborative environment.
Pay / Benefits
- Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules aligned to scope, WBS, CBS and milestones
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Commercial, Risk and stakeholders to create realistic plans
- Lead progress updates, analyze performance, trends and variances, provide management insight
- Identify critical/near-critical paths, dependencies, constraints, risks and opportunities
- Maintain schedule baselines and change control
- Perform schedule health checks and challenge logic, durations, constraints, calendars
- Assess schedule risk and support mitigation and what-if scenarios
- Support resource loading, forecasting and resource profiles/histograms
- Integrate schedule, cost and EVM information for performance measurement
- Manage interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning
- Review supplier/contractor schedules and integrate into the overall plan
- Ensure schedules reflect nuclear assurance, approvals, hold points, procurement, testing and commissioning
- Mentor junior planners and promote planning governance and best practice
