Are you a talented Senior Mechanical Designer with a passion for excellence? We are experiencing significant growth in our Defence sector and need skilled professionals to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Assystem-led projects in any of our UK offices, with flexible hybrid working available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complete design concepts, scheme definitions, and full detailed design solutions using CAD software, including Inventor.
  • Work on piping systems, mechanical flow diagrams, and the production of general arrangement, assembly, component, and fabrication drawings.
  • Produce scoping calculations and component specifications that meet BS/ISO standards and legal requirements (e.g., LOLER, EMUA).
  • Ensure designs adhere to the AEIL Quality Management System, delivering work within agreed time scales, costs, and quality standards.
