At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide.

To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies.

We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and planning baselines.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project plans are realistic, aligned, and achievable.
  • Monitor progress, analyse performance, and report against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities, proposing mitigation and recovery actions where required.
  • Support project governance activities through the preparation of planning data, reports, and schedule analysis.
  • Maintain planning standards, processes, and best practices in line with programme and organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to scenario modelling, forecasting, and change management activities.
  • Provide planning expertise to support successful project execution across the SMR programme.
