Your Mission:
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement with Assystem.
- Manage framework agreements, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client expectations.
- Promote Assystem capabilities and advise clients on suitable solutions.
- Support bid activities and positioning for future framework opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day framework operations and ensure adherence to delivery processes.
- Manage team growth, onboarding, resourcing, and support Project Managers.
- Monitor financial performance (P&L, revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads).
- Establish and maintain governance, controls, and management tools.
- Track performance, client satisfaction, spend, and value delivery.
- Ensure legal and contractual compliance across all frameworks.
- Represent Assystem in supplier reviews and industry forums.
- Contribute to framework business planning and strategy.
- Ensure projects meet company standards, QA requirements, and delivery processes.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure all projects achieve or exceed expected gross margins.
