The Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, delivery discipline, and performance tracking across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Transformation PMO, including governance, standards, and reporting
  • Own the integrated transformation plan across multiple workstreams and sponsors
  • Track benefits realisation, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, tools, and cadence
  • Act as a critical partner to programme sponsors, workstream leads, and leadership

  • Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes
