Job Description Your future team: We are seeking a highly capable Senior EC&I Engineer to support and lead engineering activities across a diverse portfolio of Defence work packages. This role spans the full engineering lifecycle β from early requirements and concept development through to detailed design, technical governance and assurance. As a Senior EC&I Engineer, you will work independently with minimal supervision, lead small discipline teams, support and mentor engineers, and take responsibility for producing high-quality engineering outputs. You will be central to shaping technical solutions, ensuring designs are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
