Your Mission: The Project Support Officer post is responsible for supporting the Senior Infrastructure Manager in overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects that sit within their team. The postholder will support the administration of projects through the use of robust governance frameworks, management tools and processes. The postholder will also provide administrative support to the development of the wider team.
Key tasks associated with this role:
- Support the ongoing alignment for Strategic Objectives to deliver key Waterfront South outputs, with Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programmes.
- Provide an administrative function in the development and ongoing management of project outputs, ensuring coherence with appropriate internal governance frameworks and aligning them to Infrastructure priorities.
- Support delivery of the objectives to ensure priority Waterfront South projects are delivered including acting as secretary for governance meetings.
- As secretary for governance meetings, arrange timely meetings, prepare agendas and presentation packs, produce and issue Minutes, monitor and record progress against actions, and update logs and trackers with project status and forward action plans.
- Support management chain on all project requirements and the development of a risks or issues register, working with key stakeholders to support resolution.
- Undertake effective engagement with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, in support of delivery of Waterfront South projects.
- Ensure all documentation pertaining to projects is updated, appropriately managed, stored and communicated.

- Security - The incumbent of this role must be a minimum of SC cleared and a sole UK national.
- Working arrangements – The incumbent of this role must be able to do hybrid working with the ability to attend the site up to 2 days per week and/or to meet business needs, as requested. There may be a requirement to attend meetings in other locations (e.g. Glasgow) to support business needs.
