The Job Mission
This role drives high-impact business architecture across regulated, large-scale programmes. You will guide and structure change aligned with strategic and operational goals. Your future team ensures the seamless link between process, technology, and business value.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to capture, assess and refine business requirements
- Develop business cases, challenge assumptions, and identify strategic outcomes
- Collaborate with partners to design best-in-class architecture solutions
- Support acceptance and integration of new systems or process solutions
- Govern the consistency of requirements through the full delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops and reviews across multiple business units and functions
- Identify and implement continuous improvement across architecture domains
- Contribute to RFI/ITT activities and support executive-level decision making
Essential Skills
- Experience delivering business architecture in regulated or complex environments
- Proficient in business process analysis and modelling methods
- Strong stakeholder management, influence and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of licence conditions and regulatory IT implications (e.g. ONR/CNS)
- Familiarity with IT system development and integration in critical industries
- Skilled in developing investment cases and translating benefits into value
- Experience using formal delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
- Strong communication and documentation skills, especially with senior leadership
Desired Skills
- TOGAF or Business Architecture certification
- Experience working in nuclear or asset-intensive sectors
- Understanding of engineering-business interface and strategic transformation
- Familiarity with scoring models, RFI/ITT processes
