The Job Mission

This role drives high-impact business architecture across regulated, large-scale programmes. You will guide and structure change aligned with strategic and operational goals. Your future team ensures the seamless link between process, technology, and business value.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement to capture, assess and refine business requirements
  • Develop business cases, challenge assumptions, and identify strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate with partners to design best-in-class architecture solutions
  • Support acceptance and integration of new systems or process solutions
  • Govern the consistency of requirements through the full delivery lifecycle
  • Facilitate workshops and reviews across multiple business units and functions
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement across architecture domains
  • Contribute to RFI/ITT activities and support executive-level decision making

Essential Skills

  • Experience delivering business architecture in regulated or complex environments
  • Proficient in business process analysis and modelling methods
  • Strong stakeholder management, influence and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of licence conditions and regulatory IT implications (e.g. ONR/CNS)
  • Familiarity with IT system development and integration in critical industries
  • Skilled in developing investment cases and translating benefits into value
  • Experience using formal delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, especially with senior leadership

Desired Skills

  • TOGAF or Business Architecture certification
  • Experience working in nuclear or asset-intensive sectors
  • Understanding of engineering-business interface and strategic transformation
  • Familiarity with scoring models, RFI/ITT processes
