You’ll be joining one of the three largest nuclear engineering companies in the world, recognised globally for technical excellence and delivery capability. At Assystem, your future team works collaboratively across disciplines and borders, supporting some of the most complex nuclear programmes in Europe. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for partial office working. You will support configuration management activities on the Sizewell C nuclear project. You will ensure plant configuration data remains accurate throughout design and construction phases.
- Implement configuration management across design changes and technical interfaces
- Maintain and update plant configuration registers for allocated systems
- Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve technical configuration issues
- Support processing and review of design changes, notices and redline updates
- Track interfaces between engineering and construction work packages
- Produce accurate reports, KPIs and data for project management teams
- Support compliance with configuration management standards and governance
- Assist with internal audits and technical assurance activities
- Participate in project coordination and decision-making meetings
Essential Skills
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Experience within engineering, design or technical documentation environments
- Familiarity with configuration or design change management processes
- Strong attention to detail handling technical data and drawings
- Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear communicator with engineering and construction stakeholders

- Experience working in a regulated or safety-critical environment
- Knowledge of large industrial or infrastructure projects
