Responsibilities
- All-round civil and structural design experience, including new nuclear build and interfaces with existing structures.
- Design of concrete, steel and masonry structures for normal and abnormal environmental loading, including seismic assessments.
- Supporting the delivery of CS&A design deliverables (designs, assessments, drawings, reports), checking and approving the output.
- Experience delivering work within the nuclear industry.
- Interface with the Integrated Design Team, facility team (including systems engineering) and other project functions throughout project phases.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and conduct on-site visits as required.
Qualifications
- A Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer, or at minimum an Incorporated Engineer.
