Location - Warrington Hybrid - 2/3 days in Warrington office Contract (Inside IR35) Only The Risk Practitioner supports successful project delivery by identifying, assessing and managing risks and opportunities, with a focus on developing and maintaining risk-informed project schedules.

Working within the Project Controls and wider delivery team, the role helps integrate risk information with schedules to provide a clear view of uncertainty and its potential impact on project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain risk-based project schedules.
  • Support risk reviews and workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate risk information across relevant systems and registers.
  • Assess schedule uncertainty and potential impacts on milestones and completion dates.
  • Carry out quantitative schedule risk analysis to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with planners, Project Controls and delivery teams to integrate risk into schedules.
  • Support risk response, mitigation and monitoring activities.
  • Produce clear reports highlighting key risks, schedule drivers, uncertainty and emerging trends.
  • Support continuous improvement of project risk processes, tools and techniques.
