Responsibilities

  • Collaborate: Maintain good working relationships
  • Produce TO Responses: Create DSA Task Order responses and supporting documents (Estimates, Org Charts, Risk Registers)
  • Follow Policies: Comply with policies and procedures
  • Accurate Info: Ensure accurate information for Portfolio Managers and team members
  • Organized Filing: Correctly file information within project folders
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and improvements

Key Tasks

  • Present TO Responses: Present at DSA Governance reviews
  • Manage Actions: Handle governance review actions until TO approval
  • Cost Estimates: Produce task cost estimates for contracts
  • Scope Compliance: Ensure estimates meet Task Order Request requirements
  • NEC3 Contract Management: Use CEMAR
  • Complete Schedules: Finish TCIF Contract Schedule 5 and JV Response Schedule 6
  • Track Performance: Monitor TCIF Contracts
  • Document Management: File and manage estimates and documents
  • Raise/Respond to EWNs: Handle Early Warning Notices
  • Generate Reports: Create Replicon Reports as needed
  • Interface: Communicate with SL team members (PM, SPEM, PEM, etc.)
  • Safety Participation: Engage in safety initiatives
  • Improve Documentation: Help improve TCIF contract management documents
  • Training: Undertake necessary training
  • Supply Chain Quotes: Obtain quotations and update Purchase Orders
  • Invoice Review: Approve supply chain invoices
  • Monthly Reports: Prepare and attend monthly project and review meetings
  • Forecasts: Prepare person hour forecasts and EAC on PO value
  • Cost Interface: Main interface with Cost Engineer
  • Escalation: Escalate matters to Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager, and Business Manager
