As part of our Digital Team, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing and maintaining our CRM, digital product stack, integrations, and automations — ensuring our systems are reliable, user-friendly, and impactful every day.
Key Responsibilities- Design, Build & Improve Internal Systems
- Customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs
- Develop automations and backend services (e.g. Azure Functions)
- Improve system reliability, performance, and data quality
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand user needs
- Turn requirements into smart, scalable technical solutions
- Deliver improvements iteratively and measure their impact
- Balance quick wins with long-term system enhancements
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues
- Investigate and resolve problems efficiently
- Provide training, documentation, and guidance to empower teams
- Help shape technical standards and ways of working
- Share knowledge and support colleagues across the team
- Spot opportunities where digital tools can drive meaningful improvements
- Experience designing and maintaining internal digital systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
