To ensure a viable, efficient, and reliable energy future for all## Job Description**Assystem Energy & Infrastructure** are recruiting for a **Technical Assistant Support** to work at our customers site in **Thurso**on a contract basis.**Role details:*** **Job title: Technical Assistant Support*** **Contract length: 12 months*** **Location: Derby*** **Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution****Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:*** **Under Site Management** – Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System and Release/Print all scheduled Work Orders within Engineering Function then ensure all SAP updates are completed and scheduled/unscheduled tasks are completed and schedules updated for the end of each AP.* **Under Site Management** – Update SAP Project Systems through administration of labour booking, and service entry inputs to ensure business and financial requirements are up to date at the end of each AP.* **Under Site Management** – Procure all necessary equipment, consumables associated with Defect/Modifications Work Package using SAP Purchasing Software.* **Under Defect Management/Modifications** – Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System and Release/Print all scheduled Work Orders within Engineering Function then ensure all SAP updates are completed and scheduled/unscheduled tasks are completed and schedules updated for the end of each AP.**Experience:*** SAP Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Purchasing and Timebooking Modules* Management Information System MIS* Microsoft Office Software packages* Training System* Workday Support**\\*\\*Security clearance\\*\\***This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
