Assystem are looking to provide Requirements Manager resource into a key embedded role for a major client.
Your Mission in this role:
We’re seeking a Requirements Engineerto join a high-impact infrastructure delivery programme. If you’re experienced in stakeholder engagement and requirements management — and thrive in complex, multi-disciplinary environments — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
Drive requirements capture and prioritisation across the programme
Facilitate working groups and engage with key stakeholders
Work closely with engineers and systems architects to translate needs into clear requirements
Own and maintain the User Requirements Document (URD)
Ensure full traceability and version control
Resolve conflicting requirements and ensure alignment with policy and strategy
Track progress and report key requirement metrics
Engage internal SMEs, technical teams, and delivery partners
Present requirements in a clear, accessible way for all audiences
Champion alignment across disciplines and delivery teams
My profile
️ Proven track record in requirements capture, analysis, and management within infrastructure project delivery
️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively
Comfortable working in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure and project requirements management
Not mandatory but will give you an edge!
Familiarity with UK GOV / MOD requirements management frameworks
️ Awareness of security, safety, and environmental protection regulations
Understanding of security frameworks related to requirements setting
Experience using Dimensions RM (or similar tools for requirements & acceptance management)
Additional information
This role will be based at the main Client site near Helensburgh with some time spent at theirGlasgow office as and when deemed necessary.
Attendance on site should be expected to average 2-3 days per week but also as required to facilitate stakeholder meetings with Client Stakeholder availability.
