We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive Recruiter to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, building networks, influencing hiring decisions, and uncovering talent that others miss.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure the best talent across engineering and infrastructure sectors.
Whilst our Framework Managers lead the external client relationships, you’ll become the driving force behind delivering exceptional candidates and building talent pipelines that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recruitment expertise, and influence successful hiring decisions.
- Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, direct approaches, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long‑term relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
- Manage multiple vacancies end-to‑end, including screening, assessment, interview coordination, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Provide market intelligence, including talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity, to support informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure all recruitment activity complies with company procedures and relevant employment legislation.
