- Asset Condition & Risk Assessment: Conduct RAG (Red-Amber-Green) assessments of critical assets based on clear justification, assumptions, and risk identification for all assessments.
- Asset Improvement & Engineering Delivery: Define improvement actions for Amber/Red assets and key Green assets, including maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities; spares strategies and lifecycle planning; modifications, replacements, or simplification (including COTS solutions); apply a pragmatic, safety-led approach, focusing on efficient delivery rather than unnecessary like-for-like replacement; clearly define recommended interventions, delivery timelines and responsible owners.
- Asset Improvement Plan Delivery: Rationalising engineering and maintenance activities; identifying and isolating redundant systems; implementing COTS solutions (e.g. lighting, utilities); developing spares strategies for critical systems; ventilation simplification and infrastructure decoupling; prioritise work based on operational risk and business need; deliver tasks across multiple live facility work fronts.
