The Job Mission
This Project Management opportunity which is a hybrid role, is based in Suffolk or Bristol, and we can only consider candidates within commuting distance or those willing to relocate, with relocation support available where required. You will manage NSA contract delivery for Plant Integration activities on a major nuclear project. You will ensure contractor outputs meet technical, commercial and governance requirements.
- Oversee delivery and performance of NSA Plant Integration services
- Manage Compensation Events and Variations with commercial stakeholders
- Act as gatekeeper for Task Orders and contract change requests
- Ensure contractor compliance with configuration and replication requirements
- Oversee 3D model strategy, updates and contractual obligations
- Monitor data and tools integration across engineering systems
- Coordinate timely review and acceptance of contractor deliverables
- Report on financial, technical and schedule performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with Engineering Integration and contractor leads
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or scientific discipline
- Minimum five years’ experience on major infrastructure projects
- Strong contract management and commercial awareness
- Experience within nuclear or highly regulated environments
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional technical discussions
- Skilled at resolving ambiguous technical and contractual issues
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of governance and technical assurance processes
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- PMI qualification or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with nuclear standards and EPR design principles
- Knowledge of configuration management and digital modelling tools
- Understanding of commercial delivery within large programmes
- Chartered status or working toward professional accreditation
