The Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, delivery discipline, and performance tracking across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and lead the Transformation PMO, including governance, standards, and reporting
- Own the integrated transformation plan across multiple workstreams and sponsors
- Track benefits realisation, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, tools, and cadence
- Act as a critical partner to programme sponsors, workstream leads, and leadership
- Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Expertise in programme governance, planning, and benefits management
- Highly analytical with excellent communication and influencing skills
