The Project Manager is responsible to Programme Delivery Lead and has a key role throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of this capital infrastructure project and will ensure that project team members are provided with direction and support to lead, manage and deliver projects, and achieve project outputs. Infrastructure delivery is a challenging environment in which to work, with interdependencies between the required programmes and projects and the need to maintain military outputs.
Your Missions:
- Manage prep, delivery & commissioning phases (buildings, roads, services, security measures etc)
- Set & meet project objectives
- Lead with trust & collaboration
- Control costs & report accurately
- Ensure supplier performance
- Evaluate progress for assurance
- Close contracts & ensure compliance
- Monitor timelines & milestones
- Develop budget & cash flow forecast
- Manage risks & recommend changes
- Update plans & comms accordingly
We will be looking for somebody with an electrical degree/Electrical background, infrastructure works familiarity, strong commercial acumen & cost-value understanding, NEC4 contract management, including change & stakeholders, handling projects in live operational setups, collaborative work proficiency, adaptability to changing needs, NEC knowledge, SC Cleared, Sole UK National. NEC PM accreditation or training will be provided.
