Job Description

Join the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit!

Your Mission:

  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement with Assystem.
  • Manage framework agreements, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Promote Assystem capabilities and advise clients on suitable solutions.
  • Support bid activities and positioning for future framework opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day framework operations and ensure adherence to delivery processes.
  • Manage team growth, onboarding, resourcing, and support Project Managers.
  • Monitor financial performance (P&L, revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads).
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, and management tools.
  • Track performance, client satisfaction, spend, and value delivery.
  • Ensure legal and contractual compliance across all frameworks.
  • Represent Assystem in supplier reviews and industry forums.
  • Contribute to framework business planning and strategy.
  • Ensure projects meet company standards, QA requirements, and delivery processes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure all projects achieve or exceed expected gross margins.
