About the Role

Lead the delivery of engaging internal and external communications that keep stakeholders informed, connected, and aligned. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Client teams, you’ll drive communications that make an impact across the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the project communications plan
  • Act as the key communications contact for the project
  • Create engaging newsletters, updates, and announcements
  • Track engagement and report on communications performance
  • Coordinate Town Halls, site visits, and stakeholder events
  • Design posters, invitations, infographics, and campaign materials
  • Manage onboarding communications and distribution lists
  • Keep SharePoint and internal platforms up to date
  • Contribute content to corporate newsletters and publications
  • Produce weekly project highlights and milestone updates
  • Continuously improve communication tools, templates, and processes
  • Ensure information and document security standards are maintained

Essential

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven communications experience within projects, programmes, or partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of communications delivery

Desirable

  • Experience in nuclear, infrastructure, or other regulated industries
  • Understanding of partnership delivery models and multi-stakeholder communications
