Joining Assystem as a PLM Solution Engineer, you will support a major nuclear project, taking responsibility for designing, implementing, and governing the PLM that meets configuration end to end requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:- The role ensures that the PLM solution supports configuration identification, configuration management for key project milestones, full traceability and configuration control and change management.
- The PLM Solution Engineer is responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured, and traceable functional specifications, designing PLM solutions aligned with business processes and compliance constraints, acting as the functional bridge between business teams and technical implementation and ensuring consistency, traceability, and long-term integrity of product data.
- Participate in design of the solution done by the vendor.
- Functional validation & testing.
- Support change management and user enablement.
- Ensure operational support and continuous improvements.
- Engineering degree, Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience with either Dassault 3DX or Netvibes.
- Strong capabilities in: Data modelling, Workflow configuration, BOM (EBOM / MBOM / As-Built / As-Maintained), Change management and user experience.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to set, achieve and maintain high standards regarding safety and quality.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in the nuclear industry with a knowledge of EPR technology.
- Knowledge in Python, R or SQL.
- Knowledge in Engineering tools as AVEVA.
- Knowledge in Dassault 3Dx PLM and Netvibes tools.
- Ability to communicate in French.
