Are you ready to make an impact in the world of internal recruitment? We’re on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Bristol, Aztec West office, the rest working from home.
As a key player in our recruitment function, you’ll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. You’ll be managing 15+ vacancies at different stages of sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Initial Role Briefing: Conducting initial meetings with recruiting managers to understand role requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Finding suitable candidates and conducting initial telephone screenings.
- Interview Coordination: Arranging interviews between candidates and recruiting managers.
- Offer Management: Handling the offer process for selected candidates.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to both client and Assystem processes, legislation, and company policies.
- ATS Management: Accurately recording vacancy and candidate details within the ATS system.
You’ll be an experienced recruiter with a deep understanding of the complete recruitment cycle, including:
- Undertaking role briefs
- Sourcing
- Interviewing
- Offer management
- Onboarding
You’ll be working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at speed while ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential!
Since most of the roles you will be recruiting are engineering and infrastructure-based, it would be ideal if you have experience in one of the following sectors:
- Power Generation
- Transportation Infrastructure
- Engineering
- Utilities
- Construction/Facilities
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
