Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform detailed pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II on complex piping systems
  • Assess thermal expansion, flexibility, vibration and seismic loading requirements
  • Review layouts, isometrics and models to support stress‑informed design decisions
  • Evaluate supports, restraints and spring hangers for compliant system performance
  • Produce stress reports, calculations and technical justification documentation
  • Assess equipment nozzle loads for pumps, vessels and heat exchangers
  • Coordinate with piping, structural, process and project delivery teams
  • Review technical submissions, vendor documents and design deviation requests
  • Support design reviews, hazard studies and engineering risk assessments
  • Provide specialist guidance to junior engineers and wider project teams
