This hybrid role is suited to candidates able to commute to Bridgwater or relocate nearby. You will deliver detailed construction planning across MEH packages within a major nuclear project. Working closely with your future team, you will drive schedule accuracy, integration and performance on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules across mechanical, electrical and HVAC scopes.
- Create fully logic‑linked construction schedules aligned with defined work breakdown structures.
- Update schedules regularly to reflect site progress and performance against agreed reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with site teams and contractors on look‑aheads, 4D planning and delivery coordination.
- Support 16‑week lookahead planning and short‑term programme optimisation activities on site.
- Analyse schedule performance, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Support trend and change processes, assessing schedule impacts and producing performance indicators.
- Ensure contractor schedules align with programme forecasts and project control requirements.
- Produce clear and accurate schedule reports to support project controls and leadership teams.
- Work closely with construction, logistics and engineering teams to ensure schedule integration.
