This is a hybrid role, requiring regular site presence, with candidates based within commutable distance of Bridgwater or open to supported relocation.
Your future team sits within the Delivery Integration function, ensuring construction and commissioning sequences are credible and deliverable. You will support integrated planning activities, protecting key milestones and enabling safe, efficient execution across complex interfaces.
- Review construction sequences across structures, systems and commissioning activities
- Assess schedule logic against interfaces, constraints and delivery readiness
- Confirm material, equipment and logistics availability before work implementation
- Support resolution of delivery hotspots impacting critical schedule milestones
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement and site operations teams
- Apply Delivery Work Pack and Interface Data Sheet processes consistently
- Address transverse integration issues across multiple project areas
- Interrogate P6 schedules and manipulate extracted data using Excel
- Utilise 3D and 4D tools to validate sequencing and constructability
Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Experience within large-scale construction or nuclear projects.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule integration.
Working knowledge of P6 planning and schedule interrogation.
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience using Navisworks, Synchro or similar 4D tools.
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
