The role (what you will actually do)
This is an operational role, not sales or support. You will own the Member onboarding and implementation journey end to end, making sure every Member always knows:
- What they need to do
- When they need to do it
- Where they stand
Day to day, you will:
- Run onboarding calls and keep implementation moving
- Turn "we will do it later" into clear next steps and dates
- Track progress across multiple Members without dropping balls
- Spot blockers early and remove ambiguity fast
- Keep our internal records spotless so nothing relies on memory
- Work closely with the founders and assessors to improve the onboarding experience every week
