We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing identity solutions, with expertise in various authentication and authorization protocols, including Microsoft-specific technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across our organisation
  • Configure and manage identity brokering products, with a focus on Microsoft Ecosystem (AD, ADFS, PKI, MS Entra)
  • Implement and manage authentication protocols including Kerberos, SAML and OAuth
  • Utilise Microsoft Graph API for identity management and automation
  • Ensure the security and governance of the identity infrastructure
  • Develop codes to reduce operations toils and automate manual tasks
  • Support operations, troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in IAM or related fields
  • Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS)
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Graph API for identity management tasks
  • Knowledge of identity governance and compliance requirements
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and management
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation
