What You'll Be Doing
You'll have plenty of variety and support as you learn. As part of the team, you'll help our consultants stay organised and make sure our customers receive a great service.
With training and guidance, you'll learn how to:
Help consultants manage diaries, book travel and keep customers updated.
Create clear, accurate reports and business documents—we'll show you our processes.
Respond to customer questions by phone and email in a helpful, professional way.
Prepare meeting information, training packs and documents for site visits.
Keep customer records accurate and up to date using our CRM system.
Help customers use our Assurity Plus 2.0 platform.
