We are a welcoming and growing workplace compliance, health, safety, and environmental consultancy, and we are looking for enthusiastic people to join us as Graduate Consultants. As a business our values are expert, responsive, integrity and collaborative.

Would you like a varied graduate role where you get to travel all over the UK and beyond, instead of being stuck in an office 9-5 role? Would you like to manage your own diary and give expert advice in prestigious buildings with a fully mentored training programme to support your development?

The role offers variety, great training, flexibility, and progression opportunities. No previous experience is required, as a full training programme and a mentor will be provided to you from day one. Consultants are our first point of contact with customers, meaning you will be both delivering and selling our services to our customers and prospects.

Your role will be varied with a combination of technical and commercial activities. You will be:

  • Learning about health and safety legislation;
  • Undertaking visits to our customers' buildings;
  • Accurately using technical equipment;
  • Producing reports written in plain English;
  • Networking at industry events;
  • Building long lasting relationships with customers;
  • Earning commission by selling our services.

Some early starts, and late finishes may be required, and to stay away from home in a hotel on occasions. Experience selling products, services or concepts, presenting information to groups of people and demonstrating a good work ethic would be beneficial to you in this role.

Benefits include:

  • Fully expensed company car (taxable benefit);
  • Private healthcare and healthcare cash plan;
  • Generous pension scheme with 5% employer contribution;
  • Up to 36 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays);
  • Profit share;
  • Flexibility as you will be in control of planning your own diary;
  • An employee corporate responsibility programme;
  • A paid day annually to support a charity;
  • Loyalty benefits scheme after 5 years of employment;
  • Laptop/iPad/mobile phone.

If the Graduate Consultant role catches your eye, then we would very much like to hear from you. For further information on our Graduate Consultant role, please have a look at the careers section on the Assurity Consulting website. Assurity Consulting is an equal opportunities employer.
