PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL LINES TECHNICIAN

- AG London is seeking a
Professional and Financial Lines Technician to provide high-quality technical and premium processing support to the Pro Fin Broking Team, assisting in the placement and servicing of Financial Lines Insurance risks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service to clients and insurers.
- Support brokers in the placement and servicing of Financial Lines Policies including D&O, E&O, Crime and Cyber
- Prepare, process and issue insurance documentation including quotations, MRC's, Endorsements, Debit and Credit Notes.
- Ensure all documentation is complaint with FCA, company, and market requirements.
- Process premiums, AP's and RPs in line with agreed terms and market procedures.
- Liaise with clients, Insurers and Finance teams, to resolve premium and accounting queries.
- Support the production of processing of bordereaux where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of placements, premiums, and bordereaux.
- Support compliance requirements under the AR framework and internal standards.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis to support management and board updates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience as a Financial Lines Technician in the London market.
- Understanding of Financial Lines products (D&O, PI, Crime, Cyber) or strong willingness to develop technical expertise.
- Familiarity with London Market process and documentation
- Experience using Broking Systems (such as Whitespace)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and aligned with AG London's culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence
