AG London is seeking an Energy Technician working closely with our brokers and producers providing general technical back up support to deliver optimal service to our markets and clients. Primary focus will be Energy Property.
- Support brokers in the placement and servicing of risks within the Energy Division.
- Prepare, process and issue insurance documentation including quotations, MRC’s, Endorsements, Debit and Credit Notes.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with FCA, company, and market requirements.
- Process premiums, AP’s and RPs in line with agreed terms and market procedures.
- Liaise with clients, Insurers and Finance teams, to resolve premium and accounting queries.
- Support the production of processing of bordereaux where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of placements, premiums, and bordereaux.
- Support compliance requirements under the AR framework and internal standards.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis to support management and board updates.

- A minimum of two years technical experience in the London market.
- Familiarity with London Market process and documentation.
- Experience using Broking Systems (such as Whitespace).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
