We’re looking for a SHE Business Partner (South West) to help shape the future of safety across three key regional sites. You will join a global business group who own multiple, iconic consumer brands.
About the Role
As a Safety, Health and Environment Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of HSE management systems and initiatives. You’ll work closely with site management teams and operational heads to identify trends, close out actions, and raise standards. This is a hands‑on role that combines strategic thinking with practical engagement, training delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, promoting a culture of safety, trust, and learning.
- Deliver internal HSE training and support capability improvement programmes.
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and facilitate safety walks and engagement forums.
- Lead serious accident investigations and ensure learnings are effectively communicated.
- Maintain up-to-date legal and professional knowledge.
- Liaise with external bodies such as local enforcement officers and insurance providers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in delivering HSE performance improvements.
- Experience implementing HSE management systems and delivering training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Level 6/Diploma qualification in Health and Safety (or working towards).
