We\’re looking for a proactive and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join leading logistics and warehousing group.

Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Champion Health & Safety across a large, automated warehouse, conducting and managing risk assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing practical solutions.
- Design and roll-out new procedures that elevate safety and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and support a strong safety culture through hands-on involvement and proactive communication.
About you
- Proven experience in Health & Safety within warehousing, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments.
- A practical, hands-on approach to safety and compliance.
- Confidence in influencing change and communicating effectively across teams.
- NEBOSH Certificate (ideal if you have completed or are currently studying a Level 6 Diploma, but not essential).
- A genuine passion for safety and a desire to elevate standards across the board.
