Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience + benefits incl. PHI and Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be the go-to expert on site, leading SHE from the front.
- Own and drive the entire SHE agenda across the site.
- Partner with senior leaders to define and deliver strategy.
- Be the face of the business with regulators including the Health and Safety Executive and Environment Agency.
- Lead risk management, investigations, and real root cause analysis.
- Build and embed practical, effective policies and systems.
- Create engaging training that actually changes behaviour.
- Drive audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Use data and KPIs to spot trends and make impactful decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop SHE capability across the site.
What You’ll Bring
