You’ll join a supportive consultancy where you'll receive hands-on training, mentoring and development from experienced consultants, helping you build a rewarding career in Health & Safety Consultancy.

About this opportunity

We're working with a growing, independent health and safety consultancy that does things differently. As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you'll work alongside experienced consultants who are passionate about developing the next generation of health and safety professionals. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with risk assessments, safe systems of work, and health and safety documentation
  • Supporting the development and delivery of training workshops
  • Helping clients improve their health and safety management systems
  • Assisting with monitoring, assurance and compliance activities
  • Supporting clients through accreditation and certification processes
  • Building relationships with clients and learning how consultancy services are delivered
  • Developing your technical knowledge and consultancy skills through structured training and mentoring

What we're looking for

We're far more interested in the person than a long list of qualifications. This role has been created for someone ready to take the next step in their career. You'll ideally have:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 Health & Safety qualification
  • Experience where health and safety forms part of your current role OR experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator, Administrator, Assistant, Compliance or similar position
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
