You will join a Health and Safety Consultancy that partners with many of the UK's leading food brands and has built a reputation for providing innovative and high-impact services. As the business grows, they seek passionate Health, Safety and Environment professionals to join their growing team.

The role:

  • A comprehensive company induction and training plan is provided, so previous consultancy experience is not required.
  • Conducting comprehensive HSE audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Developing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures tailored to specific client needs.
  • Providing consultancy and training initiatives focused on Health, Safety and Environment standards, risk management, and emergency preparedness.
  • Collaborating with client teams to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and workshops that enhance staff knowledge of Health, Safety and environment principles.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends to ensure clients remain compliant.
  • Support clients in developing safety culture and awareness.

About you:

  • You will have experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified to Nebosh Diploma Level 6 or equivalent.
  • You will have strong communication skills.
  • You will be a confident and engaging trainer.
  • You are comfortable working in diverse environments.
  • You are UK-based, with a full UK valid driving licence.
  • Able to work flexibly and accommodate overnight stays.
