About the role

We are currently looking for passionate staff to join our Western and Southern Suburbs based team to support new and current clients to meet their NDIS goals, in particular:

  • Western Suburbs
  • Fulham Gardens – Female client looking for female workers to provide Meal Preparation, Personal Care, Medications, Domestic Assistance, Social Support and Transport
  • Ferryden Park – Female client looking for female workers to provide Meal Preparation, Personal Care and Domestic Assistance
  • Brompton – Female client looking for female workers to provide Personal Care, Social Support and Transport
  • Southern Suburbs
    • Sturt – High needs female client looking for female workers to provide PEG feeding, 2 person Transfers and Personal Care
    • St Mary’s - High needs female client looking for female workers to provide PEG feeding, 2 person Transfers and Personal Care
    • Glandore – Male client looking for female workers to provide Personal Care, Meal Preparation and Domestic Assistance
    • Plympton – Male client looking for male workers to provide Personal Care, Meal Preparation, Social Support and Transport

    You will be provided an ongoing casual roster, with a pathway to become a permanent part-time employee if this is what you desire. You will be available to work over a 24 hour, 7 day rotating roster, including weekday, weekend and overnight shifts.

    What you will need

    • Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or similar community services qualification
    • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can assist you to obtain this)
    • Reliable car and a full South Australian driver's licence
    • Working rights in Australia
    • You are reliable and trustworthy - our clients will expect the best from you
    • You are fluent in English language and have good written and verbal communication skills
    • You will be proficient in using IT systems including rostering app and HR platform
