The Assured Group are proud to continue their working relationship as preferred outsource Vehicle Cleaner / Driver supplier for East Midlands. We are currently recruiting for multipleVehicle Valeter’s on behalf of The Assured Group.

In this role, you will be primarily based as an on-site Valeter, with some driving responsibilities. You will be responsible for carrying out the tasks as listed below, whilst ensuring you provide an exceptionally high level of customer service – as Driver / Valeters are often the initial and final point of contact for customers.

Vehicle Preparation:

• Clean car interiors and exteriors thoroughly using jet washers, buffers, vacuums, and chemical cleaning products.

Mobility & Adaptability:

• Travel daily between various regional sites or dealerships based on operational needs.

Inspection & Quality Control:

• Check vehicles for damage, scratches, or dents before and after valeting, reporting any issues to management.

Driving & Logistics:

• Safely collect, move, and deliver vehicles around the yard or between different commercial sites.

Inventory Management:

• Ensure valeting bays are kept tidy and that cleaning chemicals and equipment are stocked and safely stored.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Full Driving License: A clean, valid driving license is almost always mandatory due to the constant moving of vehicles.
• Physical Stamina: The role is physically demanding, involving lifting, bending, and working outside in all weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor dirt, smudges, or vehicle damage to ensure a showroom-quality finish.
• Time Management: Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet delivery or rental schedules.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Varying Work Environments: You will spend a lot of time outdoors or in open-fronted valeting bays.
• Travel Perks: Many employers provide a company van, fuel card, or travel expenses since you are required to float between locations.
• Hours: Typically full-time, often including Monday - Saturday sometimes Sundays
• Earnings up to £800 - 900 per week dependant on experience and willingness
