Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade professional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or similar fields is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
