Head of Quality and QP

AssureBio is exclusively partnering with a fast-paced CMO business that is seeking an experienced professional to join their Senior Leadership Team as Head of Quality and Qualified Person (QP). This critical role in the organisation involves overseeing the development, maintenance, and monitoring of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, medical devices, and healthcare products. Key responsibilities include managing the entire QA, QC, Validation, QP group, ensuring operational GMP compliance, quality risk management, managing internal and external audits, QMS management review, and being named on the license as a Qualified Person (QP). Strong leadership and global regulatory expertise are critical for driving quality excellence across the organization.
