We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help convert leads into sales opportunities. This role requires enthusiasm, high energy and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs. If you are confident in your sales ability and love working with people, we want to talk with you.
You will:
- Contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close.
- Serve as the first point of contact with prospects.
- Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals.
- Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization.
- Be responsible for acquiring prospect data from initial conversation.
- Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities.
- Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day.
- Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer.
- Educate and qualify leads to create sales.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
This is a full-time position, no nights or weekends, the schedule is M-F 8AM - 5PM.
