Temp All Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Estimator, our client is a reputable manufacturer. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in providing quotations and order confirmations to new and existing customers in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will support the sales team and regular Trade customers while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff.
- Producing and annotating paperwork prior to manufacture.
- Amending customer orders and quotations.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding technical queries.
- Chasing and securing order confirmations.
- Handling incoming inquiries and providing timely responses.
