Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a fantastic business based near Epping. Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to drive regional marketing initiatives, support sales growth, and enhance brand awareness.
The Role:
- Working closely with our Graphic Designers and Technical Team to manage and co-ordinate all Product Marketing activity, including:
- Marketing Campaign Scheduling and reporting.
- Driving demand generation campaigns to support sales growth, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Customer segmentation, research and prospecting, utilising Sales Data and our CRM system.
- Working with our Marketing Executives and In-House Graphic designers to manage the production of marketing assets as required.
- Communicating and coordinating with Buying and Sales Departments.
- Producing Monthly activity planning and performance reports for the Group Marketing Manager.
- Developing and researching well-targeted Marketing activities to reach new and existing customers across a broad marketing mix that encompasses digital and print media.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ideally having worked in a hard-goods or technical products industry previously.
- 2 years+ experience working in a Marketing role and educated to Degree Level.
- Experience of E-Commerce and marketing products.
- Proven track record of supporting sales growth.
- Proven ability to improve company website and reach across social media platforms.
The Person:
- A proactive individual and a natural leader, able to make things happen.
- Excellent communicator, capable of representing the Marketing Team to other areas of the business.
- Keen to own and grow the remit and quality of marketing output.
- Highly number literate and statistically driven, able to report on successes and failures.
